Doug Henry

Doug was a co-founder and Managing Director of the Pavilion Health business that merged with PKS (now Beamtree) in June 2020.  With a career spanning more than 30 years, he has been a successful entrepreneur, and a business and technology consultant (IBM (AiC), DST Systems, CSC, Adstream, Invivo Medical) in the US, Australia, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Doug specialises in program and project management, operational process model design and excellence, and strategic organisational transformation. He has substantial experience in Senior Management, C-Level and Director roles.  He currently sits on the External Advisory Committee for the School of Computer, Data and Mathematical Science at the University of Western Sydney, and serves as a volunteer Rural Fire Fighter for the Eccleston NSW fire brigade.
