Stephen Badham

Stephen Badham is a digital health leader and health informatician with over 20 years’ experience delivering large-scale regional, national, and international health programs. As Head of Coding and Data Quality at Beamtree, he drives the strategy and development of innovative clinical coding solutions, focussed on AI and automation to strengthen health information services. He also leads Beamtree’s international coding audits and strategic health information management advisory services.

Stephen has held senior roles across government and consulting, including Senior Project Director for the National Health Information Management Governance Strategy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Director of Integrated Care Program Delivery at eHealth NSW, Principal Digital Health Consultant at Doll Martin Associates, and Change and Adoption Manager at the National eHealth Transition Authority. He holds an MSc in International Business and Management and is certified in project management, change management, health informatics, and IT service delivery.
