Beamtree is pleased to announce the agreement to appoint Emma Gray as a non-executive director with effect from our Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) on the 24th of November 2022.
Emma brings very strong business acumen and significant data insights to the skillset already within the Beamtree Board. Emma will join the Board as an Observer immediately and formally will join at the AGM of the company.
Beamtree Chairman, Mike Hill said: “The Board and I are delighted that Emma has agreed to join us. She brings to the Board over 10 years’ experience in data analytics and automation and a strong understanding of Beamtree and its businesses.”
Emma has served for the past two years as the Group Executive, Data and Automation with ANZ Banking Group. Prior to becoming a Member of ANZs Group Executive, Emma was the Chief Data Officer at ANZ from February 2017 to April 2020. Prior to ANZ, Emma was Chief Loyalty and Data Officer at Woolworths Limited for four years and earlier in her career was a partner for fifteen years with Bain and Company in Sydney, London and San Francisco.
